Structure

Despite its international scale, IMELCO maintains a lean organizational structure. Decision-making is transparent, democratic and efficient, enabling ideas to move quickly from discussion to implementation.
IMELCO MEMBERS
Each member organization is represented by two senior leaders: a Supervisory Board representative and a Chief Operating Officer.
This ensures that both strategic direction and operational priorities are reflected in IMELCO’s activities.
